I wanted to share our experience with Andrea Loban on the sale of our cabin in Victor, Idaho. Andrea was our agent when we purchased the cabin, and again when we sold the cabin. The only reason we sold was because we are planning on moving there full time when we retire soon, and that house didn’t fit our needs for a retirement home. Andrea was amazing, and she has been wonderful to work with through this whole process. I was heartbroken when I sold the property, but she assured me that we would find a property nearby to build our dream home when we retire. Well wouldn’t you know it’ she found us a lot and we purchased it right away. She has been the best realtor we have ever worked with, and I couldn’t recommend her more!

Paul was awesome! He was the third RE agent that I had used to sell my property after being dissatisfied with the poor communication of the first two. As I live out of state, Paul did a great job of keeping me in the loop of things. He constantly provided phone calls and email updates. Paul was diligent and a true professional in his approach, his execution, and his results. I highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to buy or sell any property in Wyoming or Idaho.

Paul is a terrific broker. I met him first several years ago and have gotten to know him well over the course of a multi-year property search. Through many iterations of my thinking and multiple runs at multiple properties, he was knowledgeable and patient and always provided excellent council. My wife and I cannot say enough great things about Paul Kelly. We had previously listed our home with another agent and had absolutely no action on the listing whatsoever – in one entire year. We had a wonderful, high-end, 8 year old home in immaculate condition but in a somewhat out of the way location. The home market in our price range was quite competitive with many other similarly priced homes available on the market – homes that were closer to town and to Jackson. After hearing good things about Paul, we enlisted his services. And I am certain that the buyer, who after purchasing the home was eager to take possession, was also happy with how Paul facilitated the process. My wife and I enjoyed working with Andrea. One of the things I liked about Andrea was she listened. She did not try to “just sell us something”. This is our second home so we looked at homes for several months with multiple trips back to the Valley. Andrea made each trip a great experience. When we negotiated the deal it was easy because Andrea knew our hot points and only bothered us with the important stuff.
